We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the returned product meets the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Retain the original packaging and all accompanying labels, instructions, etc.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Waiting for review: We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.
Returns: Return the product to the specified address according to our instructions. Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem or the wrong product was sent.
Processing a Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be sent back to the original delivery method and it may take some time to be credited to your account.
- Non-returnable items
